1. Service
Setip.io Email ("the Service") is a managed email infrastructure product operated by SETIPIO LLC. The Service provides a dedicated server with its own IP address, SMTP/IMAP access, encrypted connectivity, and MCP tooling for AI agent integration.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person or organization.
3. Payment
- The Service is billed at $29/month, charged in advance.
- Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Send phishing, fraud, or impersonation emails
- Distribute malware or malicious attachments
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam law
- Send to purchased or scraped email lists
- Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
We monitor sending patterns for abuse. Violations result in immediate suspension without refund.
5. Email Limits
The Service includes up to 10,000 emails per day. If you need higher volume, contact us. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed limits or exhibit patterns harmful to IP reputation.
6. Your Data
- Email content passes through your dedicated server. We do not read, scan, or mine your email content.
- SMTP logs (sender, recipient, timestamps, delivery status) are retained for up to 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention.
- Your data belongs to you. Upon account termination, we delete your data within 30 days.

7. IP Reputation
Your dedicated IP starts with a neutral reputation. You are responsible for maintaining it through legitimate sending practices. We provide SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration but cannot guarantee inbox delivery — that depends on your content and recipient servers.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime. The Service is provided "as is". Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SETIPIO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- By you: Cancel anytime. Your server remains active until the end of the billing period.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for acceptable use violations or non-payment. We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
